- Say hi. You are matched with one person who is online at the same moment, and the two of you are face to face seconds later. The match itself is the hello.
- Stay or tap Next. A good talk can run for an hour. A flat one can end in twenty seconds. Moving on is one tap, and nobody is notified or offended — it is how the format is meant to work.
What a Match Actually Is
A CafeChat match is not a profile you liked yesterday and might hear back from next week. It is a live pairing: two people who showed up at the same moment, seated across from each other on video. If either of you ends the call, both of you are free to match again immediately.
